On average, you'll save 5% - 40% off the price for Brand drugs and 15% - 65% off
Generic drugs. In the event a pharmacy's price is lower than our discounted
price you can ask the pharmacy to apply the lowest price available.

Participating Pharmacies
Your Discount Drug Card is widely accepted at over 58,000 participating
pharmacies across the United States, including all national and regional chains,
pharmacy associations as well as many of your local community pharmacies. If
your community pharmacy is not enrolled, they can contact the Pharmacy Help Desk
at 1-877-629-4111, we always welcome new participation.

present your card every time you need to fill a prescription for instant
savings. Its easy to use and there are no restrictions.
With or Without Insurance - Vpass®
Works for You
If you do not have health insurance, use your Vpass® card for any
brand name or generic prescription you or a family member pays for
out-of-pocket.
If you have health insurance coverage, use your Vpass® card for any
prescriptions that are not covered by your insurance or for savings for your
family members not covered by insurance. We recommend that you present your
Vpass card each time because in some instances the Vpass Prescription discount
is deeper than your insurance coverage.
Using Your Card with Medicare Part D
If you have Medicare and are enrolled in a Medicare Part D plan, use your Vpass®
card for everyone in your household and for any prescriptions that are EXCLUDED
by Medicare Part D law.
If you have Medicare and decide not to enroll in Medicare Part D - Remember, you
and everyone in your household can save money instantly with the Vpass®
card! There are no age or income restrictions.

It's as easy as 1-2-3 to start once you activate your Vpass Membership.

To locate a provider or price a prescription, click the provider locator to the
rignt.
- Print your Vpass® ID card from this site and present it, along with
your photo ID, to the pharmacy.
- The provider will apply the discount to your charges, and you'll save money on
the spot!
Terms of Use
ID valid for two (2) weeks from date printed. However, with your free
membership you may print a new one as often as needed while membership is
active. Prices may vary by location. Valid at participating network providers
only. Printed ID is required to receive discount.
Disclosures

The discount medical card program is NOT health insurance.
b.
The plan provides discounts at certain health care providers for medical
services.
c. The plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical
services.
d. The range of discounts for medical or ancillary services provided under
the plan will vary depending on the type of provider and medical or ancillary
services received.
e. The plan member is obligated to pay for all health care services but will
receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with

ATTENTION MARYLAND RESIDENTS
Some discounts under the Physician and Hospital Referral Plan benefit are
not applicable in Maryland. Discounts are not available for all In-Patient
Procedures and certain Out-Patient Procedures under Maryland law. Out-Patient
Procedures at network hospitals such as laboratory and diagnostics services are
eligible for the discount.
This discount plan is not “A Medicare Prescription Drug Plan”.
1. Membership in the discount drug plan entitles members to discounts for
certain pharmaceutical supplies, prescription drugs, or medical equipment and
supplies offered by providers who have agreed to participate in the discount
drug plan;
2. The discount drug plan organization does not pay providers of
pharmaceutical supplies, prescription drugs, and medical equipment and supplies
provided to plan members.
3. The discount drug plan member is required to pay for all pharmaceutical
supplies.
The program and its
administrators have no liability for providing or guaranteeing service by
providers or the quality of service rendered by providers. This program is not
available to residents of Alaska, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, and
Vermont.
