• Print the ID from this site and present it, along with your photo ID, to the Beltone provider.
• The provider will apply the discount to your charges, and you'll save money while saving your hearing!

Terms of Use
ID valid for two (2) weeks from date printed.  However, with your free membership you may print a new one as often as needed while membership is active.  Prices may vary by location.  Valid at participating network providers only.  Printed ID is required to receive discount.
